The Honor Talk New Hire Orientation Training prepares donation professionals to navigate each stage of the donation process with confidence, compassion, and clarity.
Course 02Hospital - OPO Academy (Hospital)
The Honor Talk Hospital Donation Partnership Academy is a comprehensive training program designed to strengthen communication, collaboration, and family-centered care throughout the donation process. Across ten thoughtfully developed modules, hospital professionals learn how to recognize timely referral opportunities, work effectively with their local OPO, navigate donation-related conversations, support grieving families, and respond to difficult moments with confidence. The academy concludes with an interactive readiness simulation that allows interdisciplinary teams to apply their knowledge and identify meaningful opportunities for improvement.
